Our links with Gambia

As a School we are building in and strengthening opportunities and links with pupils, schools and communities within the Gambia.

Letters to our sponsored children

At the end of last term, we enjoyed writing a letter from each class to our school sponsored children Lamana (Early Years and Key Stage One) and Amie (Key Stage Two) after they sent us a letter and their first report cards from their school.

We were keen to find out more about their daily lives at school and in their community. We are excited to receive their replies! 

Shoeboxes for our sponsored children

As part of our efforts towards the Christmas shoebox appeal for Project Gambia, we also spent a special shoebox for our sponsored children for them to open from us as a school on Christmas morning. We hope they love everything we have put together for them!
