House Captains

We have four House Captains, who apply for their positions in writing, and are then chosen by their teachers

They lead and stand as role models for our four Houses:

Webb

Stuart

Brierley

Stevens

Head Boy and Head Girl

These important roles are appointed from applications, to represent the school as excellent role models in their attitudes and efforts.

School Council

The School Council consists of two children from Years 1 to 5 and the Anti-bullying Ambassadors.

The representatives from Year 6 consist of the Head Boy and Head Girl and the deputies.

The process of nomination and election is used to teach the children about democracy and fairness.  All members prepare and deliver their own manifestos and are voted onto the School Council through a ballot.

Our role is to take children's ideas and present them at the School Council meetings. We have a responsibility to represent our Year groups and we take this role seriously. School Council representatives go to meetings and discuss things about our school and its environment. We also help to decide which charities the school will support.
